The Multi-Layer Construction has a semi-rigid acrylic backing plate to provide a perfectly flat and level sanding surface that maintains its flatness while following the curves of the vehicle.
The Variable Flexibility from the composite backing plate allows for the perfect amount of flex to conform to the surface being block sanded: from flat panels to gentle curves.
The Soft Grip top portion of the Block is made of Lightweight, Durable Comfort Grip High Density Foam that allows you to block more easily, without tiring, due to its light weight and ergonomic grip design. Once you try this block, you will truly understand the difference of sanding with a natural feeling firm grip.
The Durable Sure Grip® Rubber Base pad accepts standard size adhesive PSA long board sheets or continuous roll PSA sand paper.
